Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Customer will have the provision to cancel his booked trips through the MIV application in his login. For refund of the cancelled trips, the customer will have to provide his bank details while submitting the refund. After cancellation request received from the customer, ADMines will process the refund and deposit the amount excluding the software charges (i.e Rs. 59/- per trip) into the customer's account.
